hey, I’m Gustavo 👋

I’m a founding engineer at Openlayer (YC S21), working on infrastructure for developers building AI systems.

Before Openlayer, I did applied ML research at ETH Zürich and helped build products for Fortune 100s and early-stage startups.

I care about craft and thinking on long time horizons. I write occasionally here, more frequently on Substack in Portuguese. I also wrote a guide for Brazilians applying to graduate school abroad.
